To avoid any type of copyright infringements we must contact Kate Nashs' record label who hold the rights to the song we are wanting to use. This will avoid any disputes which could arrise. To do this I began by researching the label that Kate Nash is signed to. Which is 'ficton records' we used Google to find their website. When on there I tried to find out their email address so I could contact them about our music video. However I could not find it so I then saw an advertisement to join their mailing list, which would mean they were able to send emails to me and enable me to simply press 'reply in order to contact them. But unfortunately the email address they used to email me the information was unable to receive any replies.So i found a link on their website saying 'Contact us' so I used this link to send a short message directly to their website.
